Details about AAU Underbelt Practice Annapolis This is the AAU Team Practice for all athletes Brown senior and under ages 11 & Up Details about A - Women's Self Defense Class NOTE: This event for for ages 15 years old and up! In this special 2 hour seminar, you will learn the 6 most important women's self defense techniques that will help you survive a physical assault. There is absolutely no experience necessary to participate, and the class will be extremely fun and insightful for all whom attend. First half is dedicated to Froms and Conditioning, the second half to sparring. YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF YOUR SPARRING GEAR TO BE ALLOWED TO FREE SPAR. If you are missing gear, you will need to borrow or buy some, or you will be relegated to sparring drills.
